It took a lot longer to arrive than I expected, which was frustrating. I was checking for updates and just kept waiting, so yeah, not the best Experience.

I ordered a jade bracelet it didn’t really match what I thought I was getting from the photos. Some parts of the finish felt a bit rough, and the color looked much duller in person than I expected.
After wearing it for a few days, the clasp also started feeling loose, which made it even more disappointing. Maybe I just got a bad one, but personally, I don’t feel it was worth the money and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was disappointed when this arrived. Compared to the pictures on the site, the stone I got was much darker and looked kind of dull. I was expecting more of a nice green, but in person it leaned almost grey. I even went back and compared it to the listing photos, and it just didn’t look like the same thing I thought I was ordering

Shipping was fine once it got to that stage. Not a bad experience, just thought it would all be a bit smoother with everything.

I poked around a bit to see if I could find clearer info or something that made me feel better about it, and there just wasn’t much there. I’m sure someone will say it’s totally fine, but the lack of details didn’t exactly inspire confidence.
In the end, I closed the page and didn’t order. Maybe other people are more comfortable taking chances, but I’d rather not gamble with my money just because a website exists

I reached out for help and I'm still waiting to hear back. Kinda frustrating tbh, feels like support just went quiet lol.
